Send completed form to the address listed above. Animals must have separate coggins within past 12 months. Health Certificates within the past 30 days required on all out of state horses and donkeys.  Vet on premises for health certificates on sold horses going out of state.

Terms:  Consignment Fee: $40 per animal and 4%  Commission on sales of over $1,000. 
Tack  Commission: 15% first $500   Questions about tack, call Martins harness Shop and Tack 717-466-8443.  There will be lots of miniature horse tack.
