Directions from Raleigh: Take I40 east to exit 319 McGees Xroads and turn left onton Highway 210. Go approx. 9 miles and turn left at sign that says Livestock Arena. About Ό mile the show arena will be on right.

Directions from Clayton – Take Highway 70 towards Smithfield and turn right on Highway 210. Go approx. 5 miles and turn right at sign that says Livestock Arena. About Ό mile the show arena will be on right.

Show Notes:

v Classes are specified for miniature horses, ponies and horses. A pony may not be over 14.2 hands in height.

v Negative Coggins test within 1 year is required and WILL be checked.

v Concessions are available.

v Formal attire is not required but appropriate riding apparel is required. Shoes with heel, pants (no shorts) and shirt with at least a 4” sleeve. Safety helmets permitted in any class, but are required on all riders under age 12 when mounted.

v A Go as you please class includes a walk and then any other gait desired by the rider. This class is open to gaited horses as well. However, consistency of gaits must be maintained in both directions.

v A novice rider or horse is one having won 5 or fewer 1st place ribbons other than halter prior to 1/1/05. A non-novice rider may not participate in any novice classes.

v All horses must be lite or keg shod or barefoot only and no hoof bands.

v Future Rider – Walk only & Leadline – (Trainer or parent must accompany rider) May not cross enter into other riding classes except other Future Rider classes and / or Halter classes

This show is sanctioned by the World Class Miniature Horse Registry

English High Point Horse / Rider Champion – classes 56, 57, 58, 59, 60
