First and Second Place Winners will receive a Plaque, Ribbon, and
special award from the 2010 WCMHR VIRTUAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.
Essays will be judged by Heather
Garnett, Virginia Tech--Masters Degree in Psychology, Counselor at
Lord Botetourt High School. Winners will be announced online at
www.wcmhr.com on August 31, 2010. This
is a No-Fee Competition.
