Classes may be further divided by adding Amateur Classes and Entry-Level
Classes-for those youth or adult exhibitors who have not shown for more than two
years (two show seasons) in a particular class. Newcomers are always welcome in
these classes. A seasoned Exhibitor may have shown successfully for a
number of years in halter classes, but never entered a driving class. The
Exhibitor would qualify for entry-level classes under these circumstances.
Many Shows add Fun Classes and May or May not charge an entry fee:
Egg & Spoon Race
Musical Chairs
Best Mane and Tail-new free class added at the 2004 WCMHR World Championship.
The class will also be offered without an entry fee in 2005.
WCMHR-Sanctioned Show must include all of the classes shown in bold print.
There is currently not a fee paid to WCMHR to hold a sanctioned show provided
WCMHR members and WCMHR-registered horses are indicated on the show results that
are submitted by the Show Secretary to the Registry.
Points will be awarded according to the results.
Open Shows that are not sanctioned by WCMHR require that the owner submit the
points
