 One Horse Per Entry Form. Fill in or Print . .All Horses must be registered WCMHR. Negative Coggins within past 12 months required. Interstate and intrastate requirements shall prevail.   Full Class Refund if received by WCMHR, Inc. before July 25,  2006. After July 4, , 2006, No class refunds without Veterinary Certification for each horse.  No refunds on stalls. Stalls only reserved with payment .         Tab run at the show only with credit card on file or signed check.
